If you are over 65 and looking for some safe, gentle exercise and friendly company, why not join us for an Autumn Park Pootle in Buxton? These 30 minute gentle walks are free and held every Wednesday (weather permitting) from 2 – 2.30pm. Ideal for gentle exercise or if you are recovering from an illness. You can leave the walk at any time. We finish with a cuppa and a chat at a local cafe.
