If you are over 65 and looking for some safe, gentle exercise and friendly company, why not join us for a Park Pootle in the stunning and peaceful Pavilion Gardens, Buxton?
These 30 minute gentle walks, hosted by our Alive and Kickin’ Service, are free and held every Wednesday (weather permitting) from 2 – 2.30pm. Ideal for gentle exercise or if you are recovering from an illness. You can leave the walk at any time and you can stay as long as you wish for coffee and a chat after the walk.
