If you are over 65 and looking for some safe, gentle exercise and friendly company, why not join us for a Winter Park Pootle in Buxton? These 30 minute gentle walks are free and held every Wednesday (weather permitting) from 2 – 2.30pm. Ideal for gentle exercise or if you are recovering from an illness. You can leave the walk at any time. We finish with a warming cuppa and a chat at a local cafe.
