Care and Support – Older Adults
Who do we help and how?
Our Care and Support Service is a Domiciliary Agency registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we are a Quality Approved Provider with Derbyshire County Council (DCC).
We provide support to older adults in their own homes or out in the community.
We provide night sits, personal care calls and a sitting service. We provide care throughout the day, night and at weekends. Our services are provided by paid and fully trained care staff who receive ongoing support and training.
Will it cost me anything?
Yes, there is a cost to use this service. Care prices can be obtained by contacting the Care and Support – Older Adults team directly.
You can choose to use our service and pay privately, or you may be eligible for an individual budget from Derbyshire County Council (DCC).
With an individual budget, DCC can pay us directly or the client can choose to have the budget paid directly to them, so they can select an agency of their choice and manage their own budget.
