David has lived in Buxton for 30 years and was Headteacher of the newly merged Buxton Community School in the 1990s. He is Chair and founding member of Buxton for Youth, and also chairs Peak District Music Centres. A former Connex Volunteer Driver, David remains committed to the community, especially to creating opportunities for young people.
