If you are over 65 and looking for some safe, gentle exercise and friendly company, why not join us for a Park Pootle around Tittesworth Waters in Staffordshire? This 30 minute walk, hosted by our Alive and Kickin' Service, is free to attend (with voluntary donations welcome). Ideal for gentle exercise or if you are recovering from an illness, you can leave the walk at any time to see what other attractions Tittesworth holds, and you can join the group for coffee and a chat before getting the minibus back to Buxton.
