Demonstrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
We can help you to demonstrate your commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and achieve a balance between profitable operation and ethical practice. Working in conjunction with Connex Community Support will help you show that your business is interested in the community where you operate. Working with us can also give your business a PR boost. We have excellent relationships with the local press and our services and achievements feature regularly on local radio. We are actively engaged in new and innovative activities which raise awareness of our charity – they could help to raise awareness of your organisation too.
Working with Connex Community Support has been a great experience for Buxton & Leek College. We have worked closely together to develop new and exciting projects for our students. Volunteering can help your employees in a variety of ways. It helps them to increase their self-confidence, communication and team working skills. It also improves energy and vitality levels as well as making them feel connected as part of the community and it’s fun! Connex Community Support can help your staff to find suitable volunteer placements.
Direct Support
Your organisation can support us in a variety of ways, including:
- Participating in and helping to fund a community project
- Supporting us with donations of equipment to show support for particular services
- Organising fundraising events for us – we can work with your staff to enable them to stage an activity or event on our behalf
