We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, caring Support Workers to provide care and support to older people in their own homes.
We are a CQC Good rated Care Provider and have been providing care to people in their own homes for over 20 years.

You will be required to assist with a variety of tasks including;
- Providing support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Administering medication according to prescribed schedules
- Providing first aid and emergency care as needed
- Offering companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Providing transportation for individuals to appointments or outings
No experience necessary- full training and mentoring offered.
Hours are on a structured rota system including morning, evening and weekend work.
Additional info/person specification:
- Experience in senior care, hospice care, or childcare is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
