“Connex Warmer Homes” will help people living in fuel poverty to save energy and money while making their homes warmer through the installation of simple solutions that increase energy efficiency along with providing advice on further options to save energy.
Our NEA Domestic Energy Efficiency trained staff will be visiting the homes of people to identify areas that would improve energy efficiency and offer different products for free installation, including draught excluders, radiator reflector foil, radiator bleeding, LED light bulbs, movement-sensor bulbs or shower timers.
We will be able to help 60 households across the High Peak and the Dales within an economical travel distance from Buxton but only up to 31 March 2024 so please let us know as soon as possible if you know a person who we could help with this offer.
To contact the service, please phone 01298 23970 or email upkeep@connex.org.uk.
