We have recently been made aware that somebody referring to themselves as Richard from ‘iFund4u’ has been fraudulently contacting local businesses appealing for donations on our behalf. Richard/iFund4u has no affiliation with Connex Community Support.
Whilst we are open to donations any communication from Connex will always be sent from an official email address, if somebody contacts you claiming to be from Connex and you’re unsure then please reach out and we can confirm the legitimacy.
We’re currently in the process of reporting this to the proper authorities, if you believe you or your organisation has been contacted by somebody falsely appealing for donations then please bring it to our attention as we can include the information in our report.
