High Peak Scouting Volunteer District Secretary

This would be to take minutes at seven meetings a year and covering the email account.

Most emails simply need forwarding on to the relevant person, usually the Treasurer.

We hold three of the seven meetings on Zoom with the others moving around the District, some in Buxton, others could be at Chapel, Chinley, Whaley or Hayfield. Transport is available should this be a problem attending the meetings.

There are always options to do more within the organisation if you would like to be more involved?

The meetings are for the Trustee Board but the Secretary doesn’t need to be a Trustee but is welcome to be if they would like to.
